Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
It can be disappointing if your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or not as expected, but our team will take care of it.
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in the same condition as at the time of delivery. The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible.
We can arrange the return for you if agreed in advance. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Only unopened items are eligible for return – products that have been removed from their original plastic packaging cannot be accepted.
If a customer claims to have received a defective product, a clear and continuous video recording must be provided showing the following steps:
Unboxing the shipment.
Removing the original Labubu box.
Showing the scratch-off code on the back of the box with the authenticity verification code and the barcode at the top (both on the same label).
Carefully opening the box.
Unpacking the plastic bag.
Displaying the defective product.
Only if all these steps are clearly shown in the video and the product defect is visible will we issue a refund or replace the item.
By checking the box before payment, you confirm: “I have read and agree to the website’s terms and conditions” — acknowledging that you have reviewed and accepted all Tinytoys.ie store policies.
How to register a return?
You can register a return within 14 days of purchase by using our online return form. To receive the form, please contact our support team.
Note: Do not send your return to our office address. Please follow the instructions provided in the email to ensure your return arrives safely at our warehouse and to avoid any additional costs.
How to return items?
You can return items by sending them to the location provided by us. Before shipping the items back, please make sure you’ve completed the return form. Once the form is submitted, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to return your items.
Do I have to pay for the return?
In some cases, returns may be subject to a fee. For more information, please contact our customer support team.
Did you accidentally order the wrong item?
In this case, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. The return cost depends on the item you ordered.
Order cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing it. The sooner you inform us, the faster we can stop the processing and avoid any additional costs.
