Do you issue invoices?
Yes, each order automatically generates an invoice, which is sent to your email.
Where can I find my invoice?
Once your order has been shipped, the invoice will be available in your account and sent to your email. If you don’t have an account or can’t find the invoice in your email, please contact our customer support team.
How long does it take to receive a refund for returned items?
Once we have processed and inspected the returned items, we will issue a full or partial refund within 5 to 14 business days (depending on the situation).
